Molewood was founded in 2001 by David Thatcher as a specialised planning and programming consultancy practice. The business was further strengthened when Steve Rees joined in September 2006, broadening the company’s expertise and allowing diversification into project and contracts management.
The strength of the services that Molewood offers lies within the levels of skills and expertise of our people. Both David and Steve are academically and professionally qualified, with their career experiences and background spanning the housing, construction and civil engineering sectors, within the United Kingdom and overseas. They have held senior managerial positions within major national and international contractors/developers and private consultancies.
